Shipping Policy

Charisse Jewelry is not responsible for lost packages using shipping options without a tracking feature (i.e. Canada Post Regular Mail, Small Packet USA Air or to International). 

Shipping is free for domestic Canadian orders over $150. For orders under $150, a flat rate of $7 applies untracked packages and a flat rate of $14 applies to tracked packages. Please note that shipping with tracking is the preferred method of shipping.

Shipping Times

Shipping estimates are from the day of shipping and not from the day of order confirmation. As all of our pieces are made to order, it takes generally 3 to 5 business days to produce the handmade work before shipment. Delivery times are only estimates in business days and do not take into consideration delays due to weekends, holidays, customs clearance etc. Delivery standards are for items sent between most major urban centres. Addresses in remote areas will require additional delivery time.  We do our best to help your items get to you in time however, we are not responsible for packages delivered outside the estimated time frame.

Duties

Some countries may charge import duties or other fees. Charisse Jewellery is not responsible for any additional government taxes, customs, or duty charges, and any such costs will be incurred by the order's recipient.

Failed Shipment due to incorrectly entered address from customers

Orders are sent to the exact address as given to us for shipping by the customer. We are not responsible for the cost of lost or returned packages due to an incorrectly entered address. Please ensure all shipping addresses are correct prior to order confirmation.
